At Vindebæk Hovedgård you can experience a farm with a passion for producing quality meat.
Karen and Torben Olsen are putting a lot of hard work and effort in the wellbeing of their calves. In the winter the calves stay inside in a large barn, but most of the year they are walking on grass outside. The calves are of the breed jersey and give a delicious, tender and low-fat meat.
The farmshop is open on Saturdays at 10-13, or by appointment.
